- Startuo founders who look for talents in AI & Blockchain

Requirements
Come with your existing projects / ideas that you need to build on, and find your team of talent to work with for 24 hours straight.
Final product is not restricted to any particular form, as long as it leverages on AI&blockchain technology and has a real impact in daily life.
Winners are voted by every hacker in the house as well as guest judges, based on a measurement of 24-hour achievement from starting point. Your team can choose to either start from scratch or build on your existing project.
Warning: any early leave in between 24-hour challenge is strongly discouraged. In severe case, your team will be deregistered for Demo competition.
Prizes
2 Ethereums
2 Ethereums are shared among top three teams with most number of votes.
Number of votes one team receives is directly proportional to the share of Ethereums awarded.
Every team is granted 3 votes and is eligible to cast 1-2 (but not 3) votes to teams of most impact other than their own team.
Each vote worths a share of Ethereum.

Judging Criteria

Every Hacker has a vote
Every team is granted 3 voting tickets. Every team is eligible to cast 1-2 (but not all 3) votes to what they believe to be the best team (other than themselves) Final winners are first 3 teams with most votes. -
3-min Judge Critics
After 5 min of Demo presentation, team will have 3 min to answer any critical questions raised by panel of judges. Hackers are encourage to refer to judge critics before casting their votes. -
24-hour Improvement
A team is judged by 24-hour improvement (in addition to final achievement)： During presentation, each team needs to highlight 3 key components: 1) starting level 2) key milestones over 24-hours 3) final impact -
Principle of Trinity
24-hour improvement is evaluated base on principle of trinity 1. Feasibility: Effectiveness + Market impact 2. Tech-savviness: level of integration of AI + Blockchain 3. Creativity: novel approaches / business models
